This privacy policy describes how 47 Summers LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Asoona.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from those providers. We do not receive or store your password.
Project and task data: Asoona stores the projects, tasks, notes, and other content you create within the app.
Contact information: If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Crash data and diagnostics: We collect basic error logs to diagnose and fix bugs. These logs do not contain your project content.

We do not collect analytics, tracking identifiers, or location information.

How We Use Your Information

Account information is used to authenticate you and display your profile. Project and task data is used solely to provide the service. Contact information is used to respond to your inquiries.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Asoona does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Third-Party Services

Authentication: Google and GitHub OAuth are used for sign-in. Their privacy policies govern data they collect during the sign-in flow.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Asoona is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the date above.
